There are very few beaches to stop and none from where we can retrieve kayaks from. Participants therefore need to have adequate experience in the long sea kayaks and need to be fit enough to paddle the 21k.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you are not sure if this is a trip for you, please contact me via email or talk to me tonight, Thursday, at the club.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHow many paddlers can come will depend on boats available and also on transport as we need sufficient cars with roof bars.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will launch at 11:30 in Seaford and plan to return to Seaford about 4:30 but be flexible about the time of\u0026nbsp;your return.
